You have to explain why!! Because we can living in a CHARMING GARDEN COTTAGE steps away from the lake, for less than we're paying now, and there will be NO neighbors sharing walls for Lucy to bother!! I'm serious- I'm moving to Evanston. :) Or to that sweet coach house in Wrigleyville.
