Is it Already Wednesday? Marathon Monday: One Big Whoops- Amy

So, it's Wednesday, not Monday.   Whoops.
So, my marathon Monday was spent grilling out and going to the beach for Memorial Day instead of running or working out.  Whoops.
So, my weekend in general was one big unhealthy pile of fun.  Whoops.

Oh well, it's a new week (or a new mid-week)!

Plan for this week to get me back on track for Marathon Training:
-LOTS of Turbo Jam for hip and core work.
-Tracking everything I eat on Sparkpeople.com
-Trying to lose another 10 lbs ASAP without going overboard.
-Ordering Hal Higdon's marathon training book.
-Running a 5 miler tonight!
